This year’s Update, held May 4-7, 2016 outside Bordeaux, France, consisted of sessions provided by a number of attendees. The agenda was set during the first morning as a whole group, with expert volunteers offering to run sessions.
The sessions were very experiential and covered a wide range of topics related to the practice of The Human Element, Radical Collaboration, the Implicit Career Search, The Human Element in Customer Service, and True Alignment.
In addition, we had a wonderful wine tasting lesson, marvelous food, and a great deal of connection, inclusion, and openness!
